What the contact form does
The contact form prepares an email draft in your browser using the information you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, state, general topic, and preferred call window. There is no form-delivery service connected in this preview. Preparing the draft does not submit it to the agency.
If you select the email link and then send the message, your email service sends it to the agency’s email provider. Those providers handle the message under their own terms and privacy practices. The site does not intentionally save the form fields in browser storage; your browser may offer its own autofill or session-restoration features.
Keep sensitive details out
Please do not send medical records, detailed health information, Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, financial account details, or payment information through this form or ordinary email. Christine can explain an appropriate way to handle any information needed for a later insurance discussion.
Technical information and providers
The preview is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and pages requested. Vercel’s preview-access system may also use cookies to grant access to a protected deployment.
Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser may connect to Google’s font services. No advertising pixels or site analytics tools have been added to this build. Third-party links, email applications, and hosting or font providers have their own privacy practices.
How the agency uses a message
If you send a message, Christine can use the information to respond to your question and arrange a conversation. Do not use this website as an insurance application. Sending a message does not create or change coverage.
Your questions and requests
Contact Christine if you want to ask about information you have sent or request a correction or deletion. Any response will need to account for applicable recordkeeping and other requirements. A retention schedule and any additional notices required for the agency’s actual operations must be confirmed before launch.
Changes before launch
If direct form delivery, analytics, appointment software, advertising tools, or other services are added, this notice will need to be updated to reflect the actual setup. This preview does not claim to be a HIPAA-compliant channel for health information.
