I’m Christine Washington, MSA. I started this conversation with one simple belief: the person helping you with insurance should take the time to know you.

Insurance can bring up a lot of questions. What does this term mean? Can I keep seeing my doctor? What happens next? I don’t believe you should feel rushed or embarrassed for asking any of them.
At Washington Benefits Group, LLC, I help people understand health and Medicare coverage in everyday language. I bring more than 20 years of insurance experience, but our conversation begins with your life — not my résumé.
I work on my own, which means you won’t be passed from one department to another. We can take the time to talk through what’s familiar, what’s changing, and what still feels uncertain.
My main focus is Pennsylvania and Michigan. I’m based in Elkins Park, with remote appointments available in both states and in-person meetings in Pennsylvania by arrangement.

I hold insurance licenses in all 50 states. My main focus is helping people in Pennsylvania and Michigan; the specific help available depends on the coverage you need, my carrier appointments, and your location.
We can begin with a phone call or a remote appointment. In Pennsylvania, we can also discuss an in-person meeting at a mutually agreed location. There isn’t a walk-in office.
Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern, is the best time to reach out. If I’m with someone, leave a message so I can get back to you.
