Is an appointment booked when I send an email?
Not yet. Christine will need to confirm a time with you. Please don’t travel to a meeting location until the appointment and address have been agreed.

Your name, phone number, state, and a general topic. Leave out sensitive medical, identity, and payment information.
Can I get help with an urgent medical concern here?
